Hi Guy!

Does the check servo appear as soon as you turn power on? That probably is a
servo amp problem...check all the breakers on the amps. If it happens when
you are trying to zero the machine, watch carefully for when it happens. If I
remember correctly, the D-axis (feeder deck) will zero first, the X/Y table
next, and then the turret. See when you get the error...it will then isolate
which axis it is...

This maybe a dumb question, you say that you just got both machines out of
storage, and they both exhibit the same problem, are all the shipping
brackets off? There may have been some brackets installed to keep things from
moving around from handling while the machines were put into storage....

<< Hello technet members,

I have a problem and could use some guidance or direction. We have acquired
2 CP-2"s, in trying to get them running, both come up with a "Check servo"
error when powered on. The machines were previously running but then
placed in storage for a few months. The documentation that we have is
limited, and have not had a great deal of luck in help from Fuji.

Does anyone have any ideas of where to look? Who might be a good source of
info? Or if the Chicago land area, want to toss their hat into the ring?

All input is greatly appreciated. Please feel free to contact me off forum.

 Regards,

 Guy Luempert
