Peter,

Conductive paints, by nature, are expensive (typically silver filled).  They
are typically designed for ESD control of surfaces. They are not intended
for use as a good or even reasonable conductive path in electronic
applications.  Even conductive epoxies are unpredictable conductors when
"painted'' on a surface as a conductive path (I have found resistivities of
about .005 to 30 ohms/sq.).  They only work well when compressed between 2
noble metal surfaces in a somewhat thin film.
