Hello all,
Is it true that Omikron white tin was being "outlawed"?? I heard that some by-product produced by the formulation, I guess, during either reflow or manufacture, is harmful. We are building boards with an OSP finish for flatness reasons and I suggested white tin and someone told me that it was no longer available except from overseas board houses. Is this true??
Thanks.
