Hi-
I am looking for a passivation material or solder resist that is screen=
printable. This material will be used as the only means of environment=
al
protection for an electronic component. It is very desirable that the
material be able to withstand temperatures of 400=B0C and be somewhat e=
asy to
process. I would also like a one part material that does not have a lo=
ng
cure time. There may be no perfect material, but if you have any ideas=
,
comments, or suggestions, please contact me.
-PS-
Our products must pass a 2000 hour 85/85 test.
Thank You,
Dennis Fall
