Good day all,
I need some help in deciphering a product specification, the product is
Loctite Superbonder 495
What I am wondering is when the operator eventually drips some of this
between circuit tracks is it going to cause me headaches.
Here goes the properties
Dielectric Constant, ASTM D 150
100 Hz 2.7
1 kHz 2.8
10 kHz 2.8
Dissipation factor, ASTM D 150
100 Hz <0.02
1 kHz <0.02
10 kHz <0.02
Volume Resistivity, ASTM D 257, V cm x 1016 - 0.6
Surface resistivity, V x 16 - 4
Dielectric Strength, ASTM D 149, kV/mm - 25
In a nutshell what do these numbers mean
Thanks very much
Jason
