A PCB supplier recommended me to fine tune a FR-4 multilayer lay-up to make use
of certain popular prepreg material. He named the prepregs by numbers like 7628,
1652, 1080, etc. Are these numbers common acronym, or just from a specific
manufacturer's catalog? How can I decipher these numbers?
Thanks,
K.K. Chin
