Lighter than what?  If lighter than air, just have them taken off outside

Lighter weight than what we have.  If I could find them in camouflage I'd
have requests.  Camo is fashionable in these parts.  LOL

Have them wear the beanie hats with the propellers on the top.  The
downdraft
will keep them cool.................

Properly grounded . . . .  and OSHA approved.
(Note to self:  Get my 'Fireman's Hat' usually wearing fitted with a
propeller.)
