Re: Four probe ohmmeter
The test and measurement equipment portion of HP is now Agilent Technologies.
 They can be reached for a look at all of their equipment includiing
micro-ohmmeters at www.agilent.com.  I understand they have been spun off
from HP and arte or soon will be separate company now.
