Ken,

I'm with Dewey and Lee on this one!

I would definitely have separate equipment all down the line for the
silicone coating.

We often come across customers having massive dewetting due to silicone
contamination, and most of the time its introduced from the equipment rather
than already on the board.

We have also experienced silicone in our cleaning tanks from uncured RTV's.

Cleaning with solvents will not remove all the silicone traces from your
equipment.
