Ioan,
        IPA is OK to use to clean solder paste off OSP coated boards.  We
use it all the time.  HOWEVER, the IPA does remove the OSP coating; so the
boards must be immediately returned to the production line and built.  Don't
clean them and then let them sit for a while.
