Do you want to measure the total quantities? If so, just dissolve all the residues in
whichever solvent is best for your particular type of flux. You then evaporate the
solvent at a lowish temperature in a weighed beaker and weigh the solid residues +
beaker. The difference is the weight from your sample, which you can then translate as
weight per unit area.. This won't tell you much, though.
