The Eutectic temp is the lowest temp at which melting is seen with a
eutectic composition
of different (or all the same) elements say tin(Sn) and lead(Pb).  At a one
composition of tin & lead there is one temp that both elements (alpha & Beat
regions of each element) will start to be liquid.
Basically a particular percentage of each part at a particular temp will all
start to be liguid. That is the eutectic temp.
