Hiya Techies

Good question - it always puzzled me. However I do know that you can have
any colour you like and I have seen White, Blue, Red and Yellow resists.

Maybe this is somewhat like the old Ford cliche - You can have any colour
you like, as long as it's black! In this case green. I don't know whether
that applied in the USA, but it was absolutely true here in England just
after the war through until end of rationing in 1951 - I understand.
