Accuscore has a tool just for that purpose. I dont have their number handy
but I'm certain you can obtain it from any PC Fab or circuitry magazine.

I am looking for a measuring tool to measure the depth of scoring lines.  I
think I I saw an advertisement for something specifically designed to do
just that, but now I can't find the ad again.  It looked a lot easier than
