Dear Bright,

一般軟板上件區是不會建議客戶再作圓棒測試,目前我司有部份產品格產品是於上件後需於金手指 PAD端做圓棒測試,測試金手指 PAD是否會斷裂,一般不會在焊接區域做此測試!

另原棒測試標準需依客戶實際組裝需求而定,並須定義清楚灣折次數及角度!!

              有客戶來稽核時，提到FPC（軟板）打件后要作圓棒測試，大致是說用一根圓棒將FPC繞卷，看PAD
是否有開裂，但客戶也說不出諸如圓棒直徑的選用標准，看各位大俠是否能給指點一下，該作法源自哪份標准？
有詳細的步驟沒有？
