Hi Jeff:
锡棒的合金成分发生变化会直接影响焊接效果,锡的比例降低了10%,其他金
属势必增加,合计比例的变化会带来金相的变化.
建议先进行老化试验,老化之后在进行切片,推拉力,锡须,电迁移,震动,盐雾
,
老化的标准可以参照JEDEC-201;JESD22-A104.

最近发现波峰焊在焊接后发现焊点发黑，经对锡棒成分分析发现锡成分含量从63％下
降到53％。现在我需要对焊接焊点进行风险评估，需要做哪方面的测试分析？
