以下意见有没有在哪份标准中有明文规定或是定义?为什么免清洗的即使离子污染超标
不会有影响?我们一直有这个困惑.客户一直要求做测试无论是哪种清洗.

如果是免洗工艺，如免洗锡膏、免洗波峰焊剂，没有必要测试离子污染，因为即使离子
污染超标，产品的可靠性也没有问题；如果是水清洗工艺，必须测试离子污染。
