客户现在有要求63/37锡丝用于产品上, 具体的描述是: SN63PB37, 44 ROSIN CORE SOLDER. 我知道前面的63/37是指合金成分, 但是后面的”44”是指松香的什么比例啊? 麻烦各位帮忙解释一下.
