各位專家大家好:



     想請教關於IPC JEDEC-STD-020 有關5.6 Reflow Table 5-2, 關於(TL ) 規範為217度, 60-150 sec,

   材料之規格書Datasheet上為217度60 sec, 是否可同意其入廠使用?

     其它項目(Tp) 等有符合規範標準, 可達260度. 請協助指教, Thanks.
