请教各位专家们，
电解电容（外层有PVC包裹），在波峰焊（wave soldering）在PCBA板子上后， 会进行水洗（我们的工艺就是选用的clean flux）.
会有水进入电容的PVC层中。

请问：

1.     此现象是否会影响电容的功能？

2.     是什么原因会导致电容进水？
