拆下电池，测电压和ESR都没问题。

           我们也用到你说的电池，不过我们是做服务器的。这种电池有一定比例的电压不够，我们有治具去测电池的电压，电压不足的直接报废。

           你们测量了有问题的电池的电压了吗？

如果是怀疑电池、接触不良问题的话。建议你看看最近网络上讨论小米手机重启问题（类似）的分析报告。

 

先排查下。然后再把电路图或实物结构发给大家瞧瞧。

Hello Everybody,

 

我们公司生产血糖仪。 最近，在我们产品上碰到了电量低的问题。  在我们组装并安装电池后，在LCD屏上出现电量低的符号。

 

我们初步认为是因为接触不良而导致接触阻值大造成电量供应低。  此产品是通过电池弹片接触，弹片一端接触电池 另一端接触PCB金手指。

我们确认了电池弹片（铜镀镍）的尺寸 以及电池（CR2032）的性能都没问题。 

 

请问各位有没有碰到类似的问题， 根据你们的经验，请帮忙提供分析方向。
