Process parameters: air pressure, air quality, angle of spray, speed ……….. environments(dust….. 



 



Control the thickness in line not just after cured…..

     Does anybody know PCBA conformal coating process ? How to control the critical process point? Only coat bare PCB after finishing final PCBA process.
