[TGA] 焊接器件变色问题!













 

ALL:

我们现被一个问题困恼，过炉后在连接器引脚的表面颜色变了，此颜色类似于波峰焊

锡缸里的表面漂浮的氧化物一样的颜色！见图片！用镊子轻刮后颜色就正常了！锡膏

是用LF-3000.免清洗.请各位指教,此种现象的发生原因?是主要跟工艺有关还是跟器

件本身的来料品质有关?
