  锡须主要在无铅工艺中常见。锡须产生行业内的通常的认识是由于高锡状况下，原子间的内应力而产生的挤压效应 
  想避免锡须主要从焊锡膏的选择做起，锡膏要是不好就会出现异常的几率较大，另外要确保焊锡充分熔融，如果充分熔融，焊锡膏的内应力消散比较好，产生锡须的几率会下降

   请教一下哪位有关于锡须的经验，想了解一下是锡须是如何产生的，生成条件是什么，如何验证QFN零件下面有没有锡须，以及如何避免锡须得产生。
