Hi all,

IPC-7711/21 standard is the most used in electric industry; it is the 

guide of rework and repair. IPC Asia has already announced a group for 

7711/21 translation and upgrading, the group code name is 7-34CN, and the 

group chair is Liu Zhe from ZTE Shenzhen. Now, as this group’s liaison, I 

am pleased to notify Jukky, Sr. Engineer from Suzhou PCS will be the 

7-34CN group co-chair.



7-34CN group working is pending since some terms and definitions need to 

be clarified, now, IPC-T-50 (Term and definition) has finished translation 

and modification, so this standard group is working. We need more experts 

join this group. We are expecting and pleased if you can join. If you

IPC-7711/21是一个被业界广泛应用的标准，它是关于返工维修方面的指导标准。亚

洲业界已经成立了一个技术组来翻译并更新这个标准，代号是IPC 7-34CN，技术组的

主席是来自深圳中兴通讯的刘哲。作为技术组的联络员，我荣幸地通知大家，来自苏

州创霸科技的高级工程师孔德正志愿担任IPC 7-34CN的联合主席。



7-34CN在翻译与审核过程中由于某些定义与术语的翻译悬而未决所以暂时停滞，但是

现在IPC-T-50G（定义与术语）已经校对完毕将要发行中文版本，所以困扰7-34CN的

问题将迎刃而解。我们需要更多的业界专家参与到这个小组中，我们非常期待并欢迎
