此现象非黑盘，但的确属于电镀质量问题。
在无铅焊接工艺中比较多见，此问题难通过工艺措施彻底消除。如果采用的是PTH
孔，一般可以接受，连接的可靠性不会有很大问题。

I am checking with the vendor for this case ,but our prouduction line can't
not operate normally now ,so i want to ask you for a good solve method.
