从照片上直观的看象是Flux， 应该是锡膏的成分。可以从锡膏着手。

如果你怀疑是PCB板子的话，最简单的方法：把PCB光板过reflow炉就可以验证是否是由PCB带来的。

请教大家,PCB生产工艺中有哪些环节会造成如下图所示的白色胶状物的不良.(我们现在SMT生产过程中发现很多这种不良,而且有些引起多锡了,所以现在觉得应该是PCB来料就有的)
