有关PCB保存期限与IC issue的请教

Dear All,

        请教各位两个问题：

        1. 一般电脑主板用的多层板保存期限为多长？哪份国标上会有定义？

           注:原厂一般建议从包装日期开始不要超过半年，但客人再问定义半年的依据是啥？

        2.目前我司产线在IC使用过程中，有不少issue的IC一开始不良，但受热拆解后不良消失，也就是说经过加热后，有的不良现象就消失了，请问各位高手，类似该类现象，IC一般有哪些不良原因造成？
