Hi Dear friends,

I have one question on the flux types. If inorganic flux such as INM1 is used in HASL process to build PCB but organic ones +IBM- RE/RO/OR used in PCB assembly, is there any conflict or potential failure?

And I review J-STD-001, there is little requirement on inorganic flux, could you give me some explanation on it?

Appreciate your help to let me understand it.

Best wishes,
