IEC60068-2-21 规定chip零件的强度为10N.其他类型没有进行定义,但是可以参考这
个标准,接口使用贴片技术进行贴装不是不可以,通常需要增加两个lock脚进行固定,
否则零件很容易发生焊盘脱落的事情

[TGAsia] 求教--如何解决垂直配接的组件焊盘脱落问题






求教各位专家：
问题背景：R&D设计的产品需要两块组件在总装配时通过表面贴装的连接器相互垂直
地连接（刚性连接而非通过软排线连接），连接器配接时需要对准且施与相当大的力
才能装上。
结果承受推剪力的其中一块组件的连接器焊盘时常被挤脱落。我们的工艺工程师建议
改为通孔连接器但不能有效说服设计工程师，他们认为设计没问题而是工艺手段跟不
上。
请教各位：有无一份关于PCB设计时焊盘耐受推力/剪力规范范围的标准或设计指南文
件？或许它能帮助我们与设计工程师更好的沟通。
                或者不更改设计，大家给支支招如何避免所述缺陷？
