大家好:

请教大家一个问题:

关于PCB飘锡热冲击的次数,是1次还是3次,我查阅了IPC-TM-650 同IPC6013 .好象没有
此类似的说明和定义?是我没有看到还是在其他的IPC标准中有规定?
