Karen, Guy, not sure how much help this information is, but as long ago as last Sunday morning in West Virginia at my church a couple of guys told me that at 7 AM the roads were full of utility trucks headed east. Louis Hart

Many still have no power. I had to turn around twice to find open roads to work in Allentown.
Miles of major highway in blackness, all traffic lights become four-way stop.
Power is on in the area of ABE Airport otherwise mostly blackness.
