Dear all,
I would be very keen to find out from both board manufacturer and end user
perspectives what standards (national/international or otherwise) that you
follow to control the quality of solder resist coated boards.
IPC SM840 relates to solder resists but would not look at the surface energy
of the resist coating ? Does anyone specify a minimum or maximum value or
range for QA purposes ?
Thanks,
Leigh Jansen
