Steve,
I would step the stencil down for those, making the whole stencil too thin will effect your other "normal" parts.

Subject: [TN] Anybody have any experience with Avago VMMK-2203-BLKG RF Amplifier?
Hi all,
We're getting ready to build a board that has these Avago RF Amplifiers on
it:
http://www.digikey.com/product-search/en?lang=en&site=us&vendor=0&WT.z_cid=ref_findchips0311_dkc_buynow&mpart=VMMK-2203-BLKG
Tiny little 0402 Wafer Level Package with three pads on it, I think I might have seen these when I was at R & D Circuits, did we mess with these Guy Ramsey?
Anyways, I don't recall much if I did, and I was just wondering about the things I should look out for. I'm thinking about needing a pretty thin stencil, say a 3-mil thick stencil. Thoughts?
Steve
