In a previous life, when I worked with various Naval types, Dr. John Fisher
had indicated that the soldering school at China Lake had developed a small
dishwasher type of cleaner using off the shelf parts.  Relatively cheap and
it worked well.  He indicated at the time that he would make the plans
available to anyone who asked.  I don't know if anyone has and this was
several years ago, but you might contact Mel Parrish at MTTC and see if it is
