hi all
I have used a test to determine the imidazole based protective coating on Cu
by applying ferric chloride to the Cu (Ref: IPC-TM-650 2.3.22)
The result has shown a tarnish in different areas of the pads.
Does anyone out there use this test to check the coating on the Cu?

THANKS

MOSS
