You did not say exactly what it is you want to accomplish. While still
working at Bell Labs I developed test methods, which are now also an IPC TMs
IPC-TM-650: TM 2.4.3.3, Flexural Fatigue and Ductility, Flat Cable, and
IPC-TM-650: TM 2.4.3.1, Flexural Fatigue and Ductility, Flexible Printed
Wiring. These TMs determine how many cycles of what bend radius flex cables
and flexible printed wiring can sustain before conductur failure.
I know that Trace Labs in Maryland does this kind of testing at least for
copper foil per  IPC-TM-650: TM 2.4.2.1, Flexural Fatigue and Ductility,
Foil; I provide testing  services for per all three of the TMs together with
