Gentlemen,

I am looking for any feedback concerning PWB surface finishes for mounting
micro- BGA's.  HASL appears to not completely cover .012" diameter pads
consistantly, as well as coplanarity issues.  Should the surfaces be
plated??  Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated..
