With respect to my question about galvanic corrosion problems using
ImAg, I have recently discovered some info I had completely missed. On
the Anodic Chart, Silver is rated at .15V, Nickel at .30, Rhodium .05
and Gold .00. Also, for harsh environments such as outdoors, high
humidity or salt environs, there should be no more that .15V difference
in the Anodic Value, to preclude galvanic corrosion problems. So, Nickel
plated, Rhodium Plated or Gold plated hardware should be OK. Lots of
hardware can be obtained with Nickel Plate. Copper, at .35 volts might
also be considered OK for some applications.
And thanks for all the other replies concerning Class 3 and ImAg.
