Carl, I don't know what 200 pin connector you are using, but if it is SAMTEC, they often have HT (High Temp) versions available.  At that point, I would point you in the direction of Metal Etch Services to design a proper stencil to get good hole fill from Intrusive (Pin-In-Paste) soldering.
