     Hi Technet!
     
     I am on a quest to find a US Distributor of a piece of test equipment 
     called the High Precision Torsion Tester by Pac Tech Packaging 
     Technologies. This equipment is used in torsion testing of flip chip 
     and other chip scale type packages. I am running down a lead on the 
     Tester via the Fraunhofer Institute in Germany but would also like to 
     find a US contact. Any information would be appreciated.
