Apparently, you do not quite understand the workings of the TechNet email
forum.

When you first subscribe, you will receive every single email that is posted
to this list unless you tell the listserver something different...YOU are the
one in control. The listserver awaits your commands...

There are various options, such as the one that accompanies every email that
you receive from TechNet, just read it at the bottom of every email that you
receive from the TechNet listserver. To wit:

To receive ONE mailing per day of all the posts: send e-mail to
[log in to unmask]: SET Technet Digest

That way, you can either delete it, or read it, whatever you choose, and it's
only one email, and will not clog up your email box...
