Has anyone had experience with boards manufactured using the Macdermid
Blackhole Technology process that replaces the Electroless Copper Process
in PWB Manufacturing?
We are about to start reliability testing on Double Side FR4 PWB's made
using the Blackhole Process. I would like to know any "traps" to look out
for regarding quality and reliability.
