We occasionally receive tape-n-reels with pressure sensitive adhesive cover
tape.  A problem periodically occurs with small components, where the component
comes in contact with the cover tape (probably from handling).  As the tape is
peeled away, the component remains stuck to the tape and comes out of the
pocket.
