GC-Place from Graphicode can do this.
Try http://www.graphicode.com and contact them about it.
I am pushing my company to get this as all my step & repeated data is
already in the
same file format used by GC-Place.
The blurb says that it scans the data and finds part centroids at upto
900 per minute.
If any Technetters use this already I would appreciate some comments on
it.
