ESD Smock LengthAccording to my copy of JEDEC Standard 625-A, in section
6.1, Table 1, "When ESD protective smocks are worn, they shall cover all
personal garments above the waist except at the neck area."

Most of the ESD smocks I've seen were carbon impregnated lab coats, which
went from around the knees to the neck.
