Continental Circuits, Inc., located about 30 minutes from Disney World, near
Orlando, Florida is looking for a process engineer to cover our drill,
fabrication, and multilayer departments.  This person should be experienced
in small hole drilling (6-10 mil holes) on Excellon and Dynamotion machines.
He or she should be familiar with running experiments and reporting the
information in a concise, timely and meaningful format. A knowledge of
feeds, speeds, dwell time, retract rates, entry materials, backup materials,
NC routing procedures, dies, etc. is required.   

This person should also have an in depth knowledge about the following
multilayer areas:
1) Bonding polyimide and FR4 materials.
2) Knowledge of BT and other exotic materials is a plus. 
3) Prefered heat rises and cool down cycles.
4) Tooling systems.
5) Sequential lamination of blind via boards.
6) PCMCIA bonding (2 and 3 mil cores)
7) Registration/Dimensional stability factors.
8) etc, etc.
