I waited a while to see what other responses you would get. I
saw one where it was recommended you scrap the board - which,
depending on its application, is a perfectly reasonable
        response.

However, when I worked in a military environment, the routine
was to process the board through an environmental profile that
included vibration and thermal cycling at accelerated ramp
        rates, over extended times.

Can't remember what the profile was exactly, but it was the same
used for routine processing of Class 1 Critical equipment
(whether it was actually Class 1 Critical or not).

The first thing was to visually inspect the board for any
visible damage, rework, test, ESS & Vibe, retest, gain Customer
        concurrence on shipment.

We didn't bother to submit boards that were "mission critical".
These were automatic scrap when dropped. (However, we would
scrap them to Engineering, Test, or the training department.

Does any one have any experience with evaluating the reliability of
dropped PWB assemblies?
