Hello TechNet!
I'm looking for guidance, direction, design guidelines or something from IPC
regs or FAA regs or mil spec documents that talks about using a printed
circuit board to do double duty as a structural member ... in this case, a
double sided board with surface mount components (both sides) serving as a
cover over other assemblies, horizontally mounted, in a "non environmentally
controlled area" ... I think it should be against the rules, but would like
to find some direction in writing ... Thanks for any help!
