This sounds like a similar problem to an earlier posting. Are you talking
about one side of the panel during double sided exposure. If so, the reason
could be your vacuum frame stretching the phototool. This is a common
problem with double sided units where the flexible mylar material is in
contact with the top photography. If this is the case, then you need to slow
down the vacuum so it gently pulls down over the phototool. Try not to have
any phototool overhanging the edge of the panel. If your work is really
critical, you might need to just use the glass side and expose single sided.
Other than that, there is the glass book system.
